Pet Policy
We accept pets. We require a $400 pet deposit, $125 is refundable after move-out barring any damages. If the resident has two pets, it is a $600 deposit, with $125 refunded after move-out barring any damages. There is also $20 pet rent per pet in the home. We do not accept pets under our restricted breeds list, unless given paperwork stating that the pet is an emotional support or service animal.
